To ensure a smooth and on-time service, please complete the following before your appointment:

✅ Vehicle Access
 

Park the vehicle on a flat, level surface
Ensure the vehicle is unlocked
Remove wheel locks and have the key available
Make sure the vehicle is accessible (not blocked)

✅ Tires & Equipment
 

Ensure all required tires/wheels are on-site
Tires should be cool (not driven immediately before service if possible)

✅ Parking & Space
 

Allow at least 2 meters (6–7 ft) of space around the vehicle
Garages must have adequate height and clearance
Underground parking must allow commercial vehicle access

​

✅ Safety
 

Please keep children and pets away from the work area
Stay clear of the vehicle while service is in progress

If the technician arrives and the vehicle is unavailable or inaccessible, a no-show fee may apply in accordance with our cancellation policy.
